This is an advice to beginners, or joggers with a not so great balance. Try to overcome your fear of slipping or getting out of balance and don’t grab the handles or the console every time you feel a slight bit of discomfort on the machine. Remember running is a full body motion and your arms are as important as your legs to maintain a great posture and technique. If you feel like the pace is too much for you at the beginning, lower it to a comfortable jogging style, so you can get the hang of it and build it up to faster levels.
