Now that you are done, you can enjoy them in a great sandwich or salad straight away. Simply cut them up into nice thin slices or small cubes. If you prefer to have them later, you can cover the bell peppers with olive oil, garlic and various herbs as seasoning in a well closing jar and keep them in the fridge to use within 2 weeks.
