4. Peel The Bell Peppers
Once you have roasted the bell peppers, put them in a large bowl while they are still hot and cover them. Cooling down in steam makes the skin softer and easier to peel off. Once they have completely cooled down, remove the cover and gently peel them. the skin should be so soft it basically slides down from the peppers. First push in to perforate, then pull out the seeds and remove the remaining with your fingers.
