Roasting Bell Peppers Like A Pro
2. Roast Them On The Grates
If you have a fast stove, you can roast the bell peppers easily, by placing them directly on the flames. Don’t worry if their outer skin gets burnt a bit, you are going to remove that a bit later. Use a large fork or tongs to turn the peppers occasionally until all sides are evenly roasted. Even better if you have a grill plate or you are cooking in the open on charcoal, you can use the very same technique.
