3. Cut Out The Inner Steam

The Quarters usually have some more steam inside, that holds the cauliflower together. Remove them and they are already going to fall apart to even florets. Break up evenly the remaining larger chunks to your liking, if they are hard, use the knife through the process. Having even florets is important as you want to avoid overcooking the smaller ones while leaving the rest raw.
