Preparing Cauliflower Florets
2. Cut The Cauliflower Head Into Halves And Quarters
Place the cauliflower on its base where you cut off the stem, then by cutting it right in the centre, make 2 even halves. Remember to use a large, very sharp chef’s knife as cauliflowers can be quite hard in the middle. Turn the the 2 halves a quarter together and cut them again, preparing 4 even quarters.
