4. Always Wear Proper Clothing

Consider bringing a hoodie to keep you warm after your yoga session on colder spring or autumn days and in general, dress more comfortabe than for a gym or studio day. A tight, spandex-like dress might not let your skin breath and due to discomfort you won’t enjoy an otherwise great outdoor experience. Also don’t forget a second pair of clean socks as they take basically no space and you never know when they come handy.
