5.Cut The Beetroots To Quarters
If you have larger beets, you can cut them to even quarters before roasting. Place them on their top, where their green leaves were attached (this side is usually the larger, so they are going to be more stable while you chop them up) and cut them at their centre, then rotate a quarter and cut again. You are going to be left with 4 even quarters each. If you have smaller beets, you an leave them as a whole if you prefer.
