Turn Drying Bread Into Delicious Croutons
1. Cut The Bread Into Even Cubes
By Using a sharp, serrated bread knife or a chef’s knife, cut the leftover bread into half an inch thick slices. You can cut it up in to thicker or thinner slices, depending on your preferences, but try to keep them even as you want to have consistent size cubes for even toasting. Put 2-3 slices on top of each other and slice them up into sticks, keeping the same measurement. Last, but not least, cube them up as well the same way.
