A Simple, But Awesome Tip To Preserve Bread For Weeks
1. Slice Up The Remaining Bread
Just after 1 day your loaf has already started drying out, simply cut the leftover up to 1-1,5 inch slices. If the bread is too dry, even this simple trick can’t help and your best bet is making croutons, or breadcrumbs from them. Also don’t freeze your bread without slicing it up first unless you have a chainsaw to cut them up with later.
