4. Cut Off The Tip Of The Side Leaves

Switch to a pair of scissors and cut the tips of the side leaves off the same way as well. Try to keep the same length for them too as you did with the top as it is going to be more aesthetically pleasing at the end if you leave the vegetable as a whole after cooking.
