5. Cut Them Into Fine, Thin Shreads
Lay the halves on their flat side and start cutting them into fine half-moon shapes by working from one side to the other, or bottom to top (depending on if you want them to fall apart or stay in larger pieces). If you chose the fine slices, you can even pull them apart with your fingers, by gently swirling them a couple of times in a bowl.
