2. Chop Off The Stems

Grab a sharp kitchen knife and on by one chop off the hard stems just a half inch before their ends. If you can see still a bit of woody leftover inside the sprouts, repeat the same way a bit further ahead, but don’t cut off too much as you don’t want to waste them.
