3. Let’s Cook The Onions!

Heat up about 2 spoons of olive or rapeseed oil for each onion in a frying pan or skillet, then put the onions in the pan evenly distributed and move them around a bit to coat them well with the oil. Give them a swirl regularly after a minute to break the half-moon pieces into the small slices. They would fall apart by themselves, but this way you can also make sure this happens at the same time and you prevent burning some of them.
