A Tidy Way Of Breaking A Pomegranate Into Seeds
1. Get Rid Of The Blossom And Stem Ends
Lay the pomegranate on one side and using a sharp knife (which is important as pomegranates have hard peels that dull knives can easily slip on) cut down both ends at about half an inch. Requires a bit of practice, but if done well, you are not going to cut into the seeds and the softer underskin becomes visible.
