1. Stop Eating Meat
One of the highest negative impact on our planet is caused by mass meat production and farming. It is a surprising fact but if you only consider that 7 billion people needs to eat meat at least twice a day and those animals need to be fed until they are old enough to be cut down (not to mention the amount of excrement they produce, with methane and other gasses contributing to the climate change). You can imagine what an enormous “machine” mass meat production is and how heavy it is on our environment. Eating less or no meat holds health benefits according to recent studies as Asian cultures where meat consumption is way lower that in other parts of the world, degenerative diseases, cancer and heart issues are significantly lower as well.
