4. Stretch Your Quads

Give a long, relaxing stretch to your quads as well as to your hip flexors, shoulders and even your arms by following these 4 simple steps: – Lie comfortably on your left side and stabilize your body by raising and holding your head with your left hand; – Pull your right heels back as much as you can almost touching your bum and then reach out with your right arm grabbing your right foot; – Give a gentle pull with your right hand to feel the stretch in your quad and hip and as a resistance at the same time in your shoulder and arm; – Slowly lower your right leg back to the starting position, change sides and repeat the same movements this time with your left leg.
