Stay lying on your back with both legs extended to do a deep hamstring stretch and following these 4 simple steps: – Raise your left leg to an almost 90 degrees, vertical position, or as much as you can; – Pull your toes towards your body to feel a great stretch in your calves already; – Reach out with both arms and grab your thigh to give a gentle extra stretch to your glutes and hamstrings by pulling your leg towards your chest. – Slowly lower your left leg back to the starting position and repeat the same movements this time on your right side.
