Continuing the first exercise, this time stretch your spine and lower back by lying on your back with legs extended and following these 4 simple steps: – Slowly raise your left leg 30 degrees, then bend your knee and pull it towards your belly; – Gently grab your knee with both hands and pull it towards your stomach for an extra stretch.
