2. Pull Your Knees Into Your Belly

Continuing the first exercise, this time stretch your spine and lower back by lying on your back with legs extended and following these 4 simple steps: – Slowly raise your left leg 30 degrees, then bend your knee and pull it towards your belly; – Gently grab your knee with both hands and pull it towards your stomach for an extra stretch. Don’t be forceful, enjoy the stretch and don’t cause yourself unnecessary discomfort. – Try to hold the position for 2-3 minutes, while relaxing your back, shoulders and neck more and more; – Release your left knee and extend your leg. Repeat the same motions on this time on your right side.
