1.Twist Your Spine In Both Directions

Give your spine and lower back a great twist by lying on your back and following these 4 simple steps: – Hold your knees in a 90 degrees L shape, forming a chair on the left side of your body; – Shape a T with your arms and follow the fingers of your right arm while you try to reach on your right side far away; – Feel a nice stretch in your spine and lower back and try to keep this position for half a minute, but be gentle and don’t overdo it; – Use the muscles in your lower back, side and abs to twist your legs to the right side maintaining the L shape and this time focus on your left fingers repeating the earlier movement on both sides.
