5. End Your Routine Safely
Don’t be hot-headed, even when you are listening to a great beat at the end of your routine and you feel like with a nice jump you are going to crown your routine. Moves like hopping off the treadmill can often result in serious injuries, and even if you get off safely, your body is still in a high paced state. Slow down the machine and do a 10-15 minutes walking session at the end and if you can, measure your heart rate, to finish your routine off in a calm, relaxed pace.
